Rudee

from $11.00
Mixed Media Painting with Neopastels

Rudee floated into existence as October crept around the corner and filled my imagination with all things spooky, cozy, and fun. Inspired by the excitement of the season, I set out to paint a friendly little ghost who feels more like a cheerful companion than a haunting spirit.

While creating Rudee, I was feeling playful, silly, and completely free to experiment. This piece became an opportunity to explore what neopastels could bring to my artwork, from the vibrant colors and energetic lines to the soft blending and whimsical movement throughout the painting. I loved letting the medium take me in unexpected directions and embracing the imperfections that make handmade art so special.

With a bright pumpkin in hand and an oversized witch hat perched on top, Rudee captures the lighthearted magic of Halloween. The bold colors, expressive strokes, and joyful personality make this piece a celebration of imagination, creativity, and childlike wonder.

Whether you're a lover of spooky season, colorful art, or quirky characters, Rudee brings a touch of October magic that can be enjoyed all year long.

A little ghost, a lot of personality, and a reminder that art is often at its best when we're willing to play. 👻🎃✨
